When you moved into 2025, the label on the box read 'year of big changes' and while there has definitely been a lot of change since the year began, the first of the really big changes will happen this month, though not until the end of the month. Until then, there will be plenty of preparation. That big change is Neptune, the planet of hopes and dreams' return to Aries for the first time in our lifetime. As with all outer planets, this is more a transition than an arrival, with Neptune retrograding back out again in October, only to return in January to spend the next 13 years here. This is a major life event and especially with Saturn returning in Aries in May to begin a new three decade long Saturn cycle, while teaming up with Neptune to give you the resolve to do whatever it takes for as long as it takes in order to turn dreams into reality. Before then, you not only start the month with Venus in Aries, but Mercury will return on 3rd March. By then, Venus will have been giving your heart a voice and a say in what you want for the future for a month and as she will normally move through in 24 days, she should have left. Instead, a retrograde turn on 2nd March will keep Venus here until 27th March, just shy of Neptune's return, but by retrograding back out she will return again for a do over. Mercury will do the same, turning retrograde on 15th March and retrograding back out on 30th March, returning to team up with Neptune next month. By then, the Sun's return on 20th March will have begun your birthday month and new solar year, with Neptune's return 11 days later changing everything. Until then, the Sun will be winding down your old solar year and with Venus and Mercury both back in a nostalgic and reflective part of your chart by the end of the month and in retrograde motion, this is a month where the lines between the past, present and future are going to overlap. March will also host two eclipses, a total lunar eclipse on 14th March that can jumpstart work and job matters and a solar eclipse in Aries on 29th April that will give this powerful new solar year the green light.

From the very early days of the month Venus, the planet of love is taking your heart on a journey through time and in the process is helping you prepare for major developments next month. Ever since the South Node left your relationship sector in January, there has been less focus on your relationships and more on matters of the heart. While Mars retrograded back out of your romantic sector in early January, the planet of passion and the warrior planet of the cosmos not only began the month here, but when he left, it was with the promise that he would return for a do over. It was a month later that Venus returned for what should have been a 24 day visit to Aries. Venus returned in early February, much earlier in the year than is normally the case and this is starting to have significant implications. Venus should have left at the end of last month but instead, as you move into the new month, she is not only still here but at a standstill ahead of her retrograde turn on 2nd March. This will keep Venus here until retrograding back out on 27th March, when like Mars in the New Year, with the promise that she will return. This will see Venus retrograde back into a nostalgic and reflective part of your chart, returning to the nostalgic trip down love's memory lane she had already taken your heart on in January. Mars is back in direct motion and while he won't return to your romantic sector until next month and Venus should be long gone from Aries by then, she will return a few weeks later. Venus and Mars, the planets of love and passion, are both stalling so they can eventually meet up. In the meantime, Venus is taking your heart on a trip through time, with the Moon's return to your romantic sector from 10th March to 12th March picking up on a growing sense of romantic nostalgia and anticipation. Meanwhile, with no planetary activity in your relationship sector, the Moon's return from 15th March to 17th March will be a valuable chance to check in and become more emotionally engaged and aware.
