Scorpio
On the one hand, you have the ordinary shift that not only happens in February each year, but somewhere in your chart will be happening each month. On the other hand, there is a major shift taking place that will change the dynamics of not just this year, but for years to come, with an overlap of the two. Until leaving your home and family sector on 19th February, this is the point in each year when the solar spotlight will always be on home, family and/or property matters. Backing this up is also starting the month with Mercury, Venus, Mars and Pluto here, making this the most active month of the year for home and family matters.
At the same time, it is a given that when the Sun leaves, this will shift the solar spotlight onto the playful and creative side of life's fence, which is where a major shift is taking place. When Mercury returns to a playful and creative part of your chart on 7th February and Venus on 10th February, for the first time since 2012, it will be to find Neptune, the planet of hopes and dreams gone. It is just after they return that, after three years Saturn, the planet with the resolve to do whatever it takes for as long as it takes will also leave, ending 16 years of near continuous planetary activity, just as the most active months of the year here begin.
This will mask that this is the end of an era of continuous planetary activity on this side of life's fence, while in the first full month of a 13 year transit through your busy work sector, Neptune will be joined by Saturn on 14th February to spend the next two years here. This makes this an important month for putting guardrails in place when it comes to a balance between work and play. The continuous planetary activity in a playful and creative part of your chart that you have been able to fall back on since 2010 will soon no longer be there.
