With the Sun always spending the first three weeks of May in a fun, playful, romantic and creatively charged part of your chart and then returning to your busy work sector, this is always going to be a month of two halves for you and more often than not, an overlapping of the two. Sometimes for a few days or weeks, but this began back in the last week of April and will continue until Mars, the last planet to return to a playful and creative part of your chart this year, leaves on 29th June. As Mars won't even return until 19th May, that is still a long way off, but the writing is on the wall.
This is something that you haven't faced for some time, for until he left on 26th April, for the last seven years, even when the last of the faster planets had moved through a playful and creative part of your chart, Uranus would stay on. That is not the case this year, making this month and next a chance to work with the planets on both sides of life's fence to put the right guardrails in place. For while the faster planets have already begun returning to your work sector and more will return over the course of the month, Uranus is here now until 2033.
Where there had been near continuous planetary activity on the playful and creative side of life's fence, this has now shifted to the busy side of life's fence, though with a handy two month overlap or transition period. Meanwhile, while Mercury will return to your work sector on 17th May and the Sun on 21st May, Venus will leave on 19th May, though not before working to attract both job potential and the money. Meanwhile, this will not only see Venus return to your relationship sector, where as the planet of love she will be right at home, but on the same day that having returned in June 2025, Jupiter moves into his final six weeks here.

Because the Sun will always spend the first three weeks of May in your romantic sector, the solar spotlight is always on matters of the heart and all things romantic at this time of year. However, this year with a lot of history, a lot more to come and with a major sea change having just taken place. By the time you move into the new month Venus, the planet of love has already moved through and still here when the Sun returned, with a chance to have warmed things up and gotten the ball rolling on the most romantically charged months of any year. It was two days after Venus left and again during the Sun's early days that after seven years, Uranus left, not to return for another eight decades.
Since returning in 2019, Uranus has been your heart's internal guide or GPS, keeping it and matters of the heart on an authentic path. At the same time, with continuous planetary activity in your romantic sector all year, this also took away any urgency, which is no longer the case. When the last of the faster planets move through this year, there will be no more planetary activity on the romantic front until they come around again next year, meaning there is no room for complacency. The one planet that knows that is Mars, which not only returns for its first visit to your romantic sector in two years on 19th May, but as he is both the last planet to return and the last to leave.
While the Sun will leave on 21st May, Mercury will have just enough time to give your heart a voice and to put heart and mind on the same page when he flies through from 3rd May to 17th May and the dwarf planet Ceres will end her deep dive into your heart's needs and priorities on 26th May, while Mars is here until 29th June. It is just before Mars' return that the Moon will move through from 15th May to 17th May as a New Moon.
