With Saturn already back in direct motion in your relationship sector and getting ready to leave in February, not to return for another three decades and Neptune turning direct here on 11th December, something that will see him get ready to leave in January and then not return for another 150 years, having Venus and Mercury, the planets of love and communication linger in your communication sector has been an advantage. While Venus will leave on 1st December, not before spending the final hours of her mission to give your heart and your relationships a voice at a friendly aspect to Neptune, while before leaving on 12th December, Mercury will connect with both.
This will be the end of all planetary activity on the communication front for the year and moving into the final two and a half months of a powerful relationship chapter, the timing couldn't be better. It is then that first Venus and then Mercury will follow the Sun into your home and family sector, who will always have the solar spotlight on home, family and/or property matters at this time of year. While the Sun won't leave until 22nd December, Venus until 25th December and returning on 12th December Mercury here for the rest of the month, until he leaves on 15th December, Mars will be focused on making things happen and getting things done.
While the Sun will always return to a playful and creative part of your chart on the December solstice and just in time to spend Christmas, New Year, the holiday period and the first three weeks of each year with the solar spotlight on this side of life's fence, Mars will kick things off early when he returns on 15th December. While for the last six years this has been to find Uranus in an adventurous part of your chart, this nearly didn't happen, for after six years he had left in July, only to retrograde back in for another six months in November.

While the Sun's return to your romantic sector on 22nd December is the point in each year, when on the December solstice the solar spotlight shifts onto matters of the heart and all things romantic, things will kick off a few days earlier, while the love gods have a special Christmas present for you. Kicking things off will be Mars, with the planet of passion and the warrior planet of the cosmos returning for his first visit to your romantic sector in two years on 15th December. This is a full week before the Sun's return, giving Mars time to fire up your romantic passions and fighting spirit. Helping to capture this and prepare the way for the Sun's return will be the Moon's last visit to your romantic sector for the year, from 20th November to 23rd November.
These romantically charged lunar vibes are going to add fuel to Mars' romantic passions and fighting spirit, but the most romantically charged days of both 2025 and 2026 begin when on Christmas Day Venus, the planet of love will return to spend Christmas, New Year, the holiday period and the early weeks of 2026 alongside the Sun and Mars. Before the year is out, the love gods will have one more surprise with the asteroid Juno, the queen of commitment returning for her first visit to your romantic sector in four years on 30th December.
Meanwhile, while things are just getting started on the romantic front, on the relationship front, the beginning of the end of a chapter that has been years in the making is underway. It was last month that Saturn turned direct in your relationship sector, something that having retrograded back out means he is on his way back out again, while when he turns direct here on 11th December, Neptune will do the same. With Neptune leaving in January and Saturn in February, this is the beginning of the end of a journey that began in earnest in March 2023, to get to the heart of what you want from your relationships and what they need from you. The Moon will make its last visit to your relationship sector for the year from 25th December to 27th December, right over Christmas.
